Shelley Holmes is our Real Estate Clerk.

Shelley completed a two-year legal administration program at George Brown College. Upon graduating she decided to join forces with a lawyer who was opening his own real estate law practice in Toronto. Together they built a very successful real estate practice from the ground up. After moving from the city, Shelley joined a law firm in the Durham region where she worked for seventeen years.

Shelley has continued to work in the legal real estate field for a total of over 30 years now. After all of these years of closing real estate transactions, she remains cognizant of the fact that the process can be daunting and finds it rewarding to guide and assist clients through the process.

Outside of work Shelley enjoys time with family and friends. She loves reading, travelling and working out at the local fitness facility. She has a great love of all animals and loves her fur baby.

Andreas Kalogiannides represents clients in business, commercial transactions, entertainment, real estate, and intellectual property.

In his business, entertainment and intellectual property practice, Andreas is retained by creators, creative businesses and cultural institutions in regards to their business and legal affairs, which often includes drafting, review and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements in music, film and TV. Andreas also represents promoters and talent buyers in cross-border transactions for major Canadian and international tours.

In his real estate practice, Andreas handles complex lending transactions and commercial leasing to everyday residential purchase & sale, and pre-construction closings.

Andreas takes on civil and criminal litigation for select clients in these areas.

Prior to co-founding Aura LLP, from 2013 – 2019 Andreas practised as a sole practitioner (Kalogiannides Law) in downtown Toronto. Previous to that, he held positions as in-house counsel with Access Copyright, and also at Re:Sound Music Licensing Company, Universal Music Canada and a boutique IP firm.

Andreas is frequently invited to speak on business and legal affairs in the entertainment and creative industries. He is part-time faculty of the Music Business program at Humber College.

Outside of the office, Andreas enjoys training at the gym, running, and following hockey, basketball and Formula 1 racing. Andreas is a classically-trained pianist, guitar player, and hobbyist songwriter.

Since graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, Ryan Martin has represented clients in hundreds of of real estate transactions in both commercial and residential contexts. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a wide variety of criminal and family law matters. Ryan continues to build a reputation as a lawyer who works tirelessly for his clients throughout any real estate or commercial transaction.
