Nathan’s practices real estate law and litigation and is the principal lawyer operating out of the firm’s  Newcastle office. Nathan has extensive experience structuring commercial and residential real estate transactions which he gained prior to practicing law as a salesperson in both the Automotive and Real Estate sectors.  Nathan prides himself on providing creative solutions to real estate problems and structuring residential real estate deals in a manner that protects clients from contentious disputes which saves his clients the headache and costs associated with litigation.

Nathan obtained Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University. Nathan also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Toronto in the areas of Mathematics and Statistics.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family at home in Courtice, Ontario. He is also a hockey fan and golfer and an avid Scotch collector.  When not busy at work, you can find Nathan working building on his already substantial collection of scotches from around the world.
